Overall description: The person will be part of Change and Education Workstream. The focus is on communications (in English and education support for a global project. It is a great learning opportunity as the person will be involved in strategic decision making and exposed to a project lifecycle.
Tasks:• review, edit and restructure written communication (i.e. e-mails, blog)
• write articles,
• prepare and/or review power point presentations,
• review and edit learning materials (i.e. instructions, quick reference guides, power point presentations, manuals)
Candidate’s profile:Required
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint,
Proficient level of English,
Being familiar with and incorporate in daily work the W's of Communication,
Self-starter,
High sense of self-responsibility,
Detail-oriented,
Preferred: User of Microsoft Visio,
Understand of adult learning theory and principles,
Experience of working with learning curriculum.
