Client Account Manager

Position: Client Account Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: l K depending on experience
Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit a Client Account Manger to look after our contracts in Hampshire. The post holder will be working with both candidates and clients making sure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will need to learn and understand your client’s to maintain excellent relationships. This would mean overlooking the whole operation, working closely with the management team and deal with a number of enquiries.
Main responsibilities: Build strong effective working relationships with client management
Liaise on the daily basis with the clients helping and identifying their needs and wants
Ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied;
Developing a positive image of the company
Increasing the profitability and sales of the company
Looking after Pro-Force employees , motivating staff and making sure targets are met
The ideal candidate must: Have at least years of management experience
Have a driving licence
Worked in Packhouse previously
Have the following language skills
o Fluent English speaker
o Fluency in nd language ideally, Russian, Latvian or Polish
Good organisational skills, including ability to remain focussed and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Ability to work flexibly, both, independently and as part of a team, and to use own initiative.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including a pleasant and friendly telephone manner.
